Great experience

We are in the Mortgage Industry. Call Tools integrates seamless with my CRM and I was able eliminate multiple other platforms due to the SMS capability. I dealt with Sean who was courteous and professional.

What do you like best about CallTools? Best predictive dialer I found on the market - I tested other predictive dialers including Five9, Ytel, PhoneBurner, and many others and this dialer was by far the best and was less expensive than just about every other system I tested. What do you like best about CallTools? Today I had to assist the telemarketing team. I was tought on how to use Calltools. The was a major number of clients to call .
