Terrible: Premium virtual number receives inbound calls from everywhere, depleting your credits!

PROS: The setup part is very easy. Subscribing is seamless. But, think again. The sales part is almost always efficient. CONS: Everything else related to the service is terrible. After-sales aspects are plainly intolerable. CallHippo is a scam. I bought credits so I could receive inbound calls. The minimum amount is $30. What do you like best about CallHippo? Quick and prompt customer survice. Well informed support staff! I had an issue with the billing department. CallHippo wrongly charged my credit card with an incorrect amount - which I believe was a pure administrative error. Jitendra Keswani and Yogita Chauhan did an outstanding job to sort this out ASAP, and they initiated the refund amount back to my credit card within 48 hours (Includes a public holiday in between)! This business has very questionable and outright dishonest pricing practices. The support and service then matches the same to create the perfect illegitimate provider.
