Powerful tool for texting to a group

What do you like best? I use it to send texts to groups that I manage, setup automated text reminders of regular events (weekly team meetings, programs we offer). LOVE the inbox to handle responses, LOVE buying a phone number so the texts come from a phone and not a text number What do you dislike? What do you like best? It's great being able to listen in on sales calls in near real time and break down the calls by marketing campaign or promotion. What do you dislike?
