Tracking calls and reporting made easy

What do you like best? The ability to track our marketing efforts is easy with tracking numbers and we have the ability to screen calls for quality assurance. What do you dislike? Reporting can be a little difficult. Custom reports don't always match up with reports pulled from the system. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Tracking our marketing efforts and allowing our owners the ability to see ROI for their marketing campaigns.

A Great Tool for Tracking Calls and Customer Service

What do you like best? Call Cap has a great customizable dashboard. What do you dislike? The way that my company titles its hotels cannot be conveyed properly. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Making sure that our guest service representatives are offering a good dialogue with our guests.
