Excellent Tool

What do you like best? Super helpful for scheduling calls easily. What do you dislike? I do not have any negative feedback at this time. I have used the tool for over two years with no issues. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Eliminates the back and forth trying to find availability, saving ample time.

Hours of my life back.

What do you like best? Simple, effective, and a HUGE time saver. I come in to find appointments already in my diary and can get on with my day job. What do you dislike? Limited downsides. If I were to split hairs I would say having the option to attach documents automatically would be useful. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Arranging diaries is very time consuming, Calendly saves that time.

Easy to use & seamless integration

What do you like best? Love how Calendly integrates seamlessly with my calendar, booking out time and adjusting my Calendly availability when other things are already booked in. Sets up my virtual meeting links for me, making my processes so much easier and faster. What do you dislike? Can't fault it, other than it didn't automatically close my calendar for bank holiday meeting bookings, so I ended up having a few when I should have been off. What problems are you solving with ...

Customer service hard to come by...

Customer service hard to come by...I had a simple issue and have spent more time emailing back and forth with customer service than necessary. What ever happened to a customer service phone number and live people? Like many tech companies nowadays, Calendly is more about efficiency than effectiveness.

Eliminates the burden of scheduling calls!

What do you like best? Calendly makes it very easy to schedule calls, without having to offer available times, wait for responses, then have some of the original times you offered no longer available by the time the other party responds, etc., etc. So much time can be wasted with the back and forth of getting someone on your calendar, sending invites, etc. Just putting a link to your calendar in an email and have the appointment automatically pop up on both calendars is like magic! ...

Simple yet powerful

What do you like best? I love how Calendly is super easy to use. You can quickly create an account, connect it to your calendar, and then update your meeting settings. On the free account, you can't create multiple "events" for people to schedule. It's just one. That was honestly fine for my use case because I wanted customers to schedule a standard 30-minute meeting with me. I like how people can quickly see the days available and select a time. What do you like best? Clean, easy to use UI. It does exactly what I need to do. No excess, no complexity. Really well designed app. I've been a user for +4 years. Zoom integration made it perfect. What do you like best? I appreciate the ability to format multiple event types and customize each with attendee questions, confirmation emails, etc. and the ability to quickly select any event type as a link (or cool three-day calendar view) to include in emails! What do you like best? You can have several offers at once in Calendly, and send out the respective link for people to make an appointment. What do you dislike? Best tool for scheduling meetings.

What do you like best? It is user friendly and automatic calendar invites. It saves a lot of time. What do you dislike? The inability to add conference links . What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It saves time and makes collaboration and scheduling easy. We don't need to check calendars, the other person can see my availability and book accordingly. Saves us from the unnecessary to and fro mails.
