Poor communication and service
Ordered several calendars for the holidays over 2 months ago. Never received 2 that were on back order. When I called to check on my order it took 1 hour to talk to a live person and then I was put on hold for several minutes waiting for a “supervisor”. I was then told that the order “didn’t go through” for those calendars and I would have to repay.The error was on their end they had never reached out to me in the over 2 months since ordering. What do you like best about Calendar? I like how it aggregates all my Calendars. I have my personal and work calendars all in one place. I like how it doesn't share the personal info with my team and just blocks off the time instead. The team's feature I'm getting used to, but thus far I like how you can easily book with your team.
