A very personable, knowledable and helpful staff.
My experience began with Buzzsprout tutorial's I found on YouTube. It seemed like quite a few of the members of the team were pitching in and creating videos to help with all the various aspects of podcasting. I learned a lot through them, and actually have not really changed any of my recording setup and who I edit my podcast with. No complaints with Buzzsprout as the platform for our Doctor Who podcast, 'Who Corner to Corner'. Setup was a doddle and we quickly got registered with all major podcast platforms - Apple, Google, Amazon, Spotify etc etc... Really friendly (non-spammy) communications - newsletters, updates etc from the admins full of tips and pointers for making your podcast the best it can be. What do you like best about Buzzsprout? Small glitch with getting our latest episode loaded and Buzzsprout customer service responded, offered assistance and the issue was fixed within minutes. A complete scam let me tell you before you register: After 1 month on the free plan they simply deleted my acccount without any notice. I never put anything sensitive or any music or anything like that. I cannot log in anymore, all my episodes have been deleted as well as directories everything. The support tells me my accoutn has been marked as SPAM! AHAH yes I work everyday is this a problem? BUT here is the best: they ask me to restart from 0 while I was getting uploads from ...
