Been podcasting since 2020 and...
Been podcasting since 2020, over 250 episodes, and I've used Buzzsprout since day 1. Regardless if you're a techie or not, this platform has everything you need. Easy to use, no issues, and the one time I did have to contact customer service regarding a question I had, it was handled extremely fast. HIGHLY recommend. Eric, The Subscription Box Show podcast

Simple and easy to use
I've been running my podcast on Buzzsprout for 3 years now and I love it. It's simple, priced well and I've never had to use the help function or chat in with questions. It's that easy and intuitive.

Some good some bad.
I have been with buzz sprout for over 5 years. They get 3 stars. For ease of use they get 5 stars. For putting customers first they get 1 star. I have asked for a simple feature to be added but because they love profits over people they didn't even consider it. Because of this I will move when I get a chance.

While it's great that it's user-friendly, the introduction of monetization, only applying to podcasts with at least 1000 downloads, does not support independent podcasters with fewer than 1000 downloads. Additionally, the lack of an annual payment option limits the payment choices available.
