I like how simple it is to use
I like how simple it is to use! The only thing I find limiting is the reporting. I get emailed different stats than what it shows on the site. I also can't see how many downloads I get each week at the episode level, that would be great info to have.

The customer service for this company…
The customer service for this company is amazing! They have a fantastic product. I switch from another podcast host after seeing this was the top one. I can see why. I get email support within minute. They encoded the episodes the way I wanted. Wow! They keep innovating.
