First off, I love your customer service/support group. They are stellar. Whenever I came with a question is was answered immediately and with technical detail I need to help me solve my problem. There's a genuine 'Buzzsprout DOES care about the customer'. Like the newsletters as it always loaded with meaningful content I can use and learn from...it's not fluff. I did alot of research when looking for a podcast host, and I kept coming back to buzzsprout, frankly we r a year in and I have no regrets about my decision.. you guys have anything and everything I need when it comes to information on who us Watching, always evolving...always trying to be better!!
