Very user friendly!
As a new podcaster, Buzzsprout has made the process so easy. I have reached out with questions that have been answered right away. The youtube videos have been such a huge help. Also, the facebook community has been a wealth of information. All my concerns with feeling overwhelmed with podcast have been put to ease.
