great!

Busuu is definitely great, the only thing that would be nice is some grammar rules instead of just examples, and then also 'all' of them, like i, you, he, she, we, they etc. And the voices could maybe speak a little faster in the conversations, because in real life nobody speaks so slow :) But overall, I'm very happy with busuu.

Good. Can be better!

Sometime features have errors on-line and it's disturbing. And not because my personal computer. Definitely need a little improvement to be the best language learning site. Good luck

very good learning opportunity

Bussu gives a good opportunity to learn another language as well as giving the opportunity to help others in learning a different language

GOOD ... BETTER ... ?BEST!

Learning with Busuu has been a very satisfying experience for me. I really struggled to find a Turkish class in Cape Town - can you believe! - so tried online. I can't say that I've tried any other learning sites but this one has been great and offers everything I need. The learning and grammar exercises are good and I've made some online friends who are happy to chat to me when I'm ready because I've helped them with their English. It's always a two-way street, which is as it should be. On ...

Worth a try!

Pretty good, great way to build vocab - because the course content is generic, though, some elements don't translate well.

Great service, brilliant idea but too expensive premium features

Thats really great opportunity to learn languages in fun and sociable way, but in my opinion the premium plan is too expensive. To provide better development of service the most active users should get much bigger or accumulated discounts for premium plans - that would be really motivating. I think that amount about 5-6 euro for month should do the job - not only in long-term plans. It would be good idea to create kind of medium premium account - with access to grammar stuff - without ...

Stimulating

Having used it for about a month now, I think busuu.com is a good learning resource for anyone wishing to get to grips to language learning. Also, the interactivity it provides, similar to social networking sites, where you chat to native speakers, even becoming friends sometimes, is an attractive feature. Wish me luck learning French!

Good, but the vocabulary could be set a little harder

The vocabulary tests are a little too easy. It would be better if they could put similar words in options. Often we are asked between elephant, car, and holiday. This is not difficult. I would like more help with the grammar too. The grammar tests are good, but there aren't enough of them. The dialogues are annoying because the text is on a different page than the multi-choice questions. It is a memory task rather than a language task

Best way to learn a language if you have to do it alone.

If there are no classes (or no affordable options) this is an excellent tool for learning some basic language on your own. The premium option is worth the money. Format similar to something like Rosetta Stone without the ridiculous price tag. I have refreshed my French and developed beginner-level fluency for German and Italian using only Busuu. Grammar is tougher to learn without a teacher but they do a decent job. The peer-based system of correction is,awesome, because You get to help ...
