Busuu Reviews in October 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

Excellent way to learn another language- or two!

This is a great way to learn another language. You learn the words, phrases, do reviews, quizzes, and speak with native speaking people to learn the language. Much cheaper than taking a class in the local community, and you work on it whenever you choose.

Just perfect!!!

well I can tell you that I've learned so many new things, the material, everything has given me more security to express myself in a different language, I want to complete all the courses at busuu.com!

Terrific program at a terrific value! Can't get this anywhere else.

I've used Rosetta Stone (didn't like it) and Pimsleur (liked it but the third tier is the end of the line and not enough) and studied language both in school and on the road. In my experience, the busuu program offers a rich learning experience, the next best thing to being in a classroom with a native speaker. The variety of learning tools, reading, listening, writing and the opportunity to interact with native speakers, make this program very effective. I like that I can go at my own pace ...

A fantastic learning aid - in any language!

I have not had any problems myself, but I have a few friends who have been unable to receive full sound on the exercises. It would help if busuu had an email address to which these concerns could be sent.

I've recommended Busuu to many friends

I love learning on Busuu but correcting other people's writing is a nightmare! The Busuu computer programmers need to fix bugs in the program.

I would recommend to anyone but there are a few points to bear in mind

Let's be realistic, none of these websites will make you speak, specially if you are a freemeum I notice a lot of people end up leaving these sites because they don't know the formula, but it is possible to learn a language without having lectures you need additional material like other books, CD's, etc ... and practice your speaking and writing skills, just like you would if you were at school but we have to start from somewhere but yes it is a great tool to practice and play with, you can ...

Great learning experience online!

I've been subscribing to Busuu for about 2 years now, and I still really like it. The only downside is that some of the changes they have made to the website makes it difficult to find some things. For example, to correct a specific friends' posts, it will only list a page at a time, rather than the whole lot that I can scroll through and correct or delete as I need. So, if I've been offline for a couple of weeks, I have to go through a whole lot of other posts to get to the ones I want. ...

Learn a langauge the fun and easy way

I would highly recommend any one body to use this company for learning any new languages they want. It,s great and you can to people who want the same things.

Best language learning site I have ever seen!

This site is really useful in language learning. Of course, you shouldn't use it as only means of learning but I think if you are dedicated to learn any language, Busuu.com will be really helpful in your learning process. Especially if you are a beginner or pre-intermediate, this site will do its best to improve your grammar, vocabulary and even the alphabet of the language you learn. But you definitely have to take up your pen and start writing the words and grammatical structures you ...

My connection to the world of freindy helpful people.

I enjoy busuu.com because I can learn at my own pace. I ask for help and receive meaningful feedback on my work. I also have the opportunity to help others learn my language. I have had and made friend requests and no one has ever refused. It is a social medium without any negative consequences. I recommend busuu.com because of all the opportunities in language learning which it affords me. ALBay012
