Busuu Reviews in October 2026: User Ratings, Pros & Cons

I love the way they teach french. It's dynamic

It's nice to learn another language and make friends all over the wrold, but unfortunatly nowadays I have not got time to continue, I' about to finish a Post Graduation Course.

this is a very good teaching program

i found that this program rewards me for effort and reminds me to do more in a pleasant and gratifying way...i have many other learning apps...variety is the spice of life... but Bussu is a stand out in this regard...

Best of the Best Language site!

I was hoping to be able to study a language online at my own convenience...Busuu is more than I could have ever expected. It really makes learning a language fun, interactive, easy, convenient and inexpensive!

A complee experience

The site is great. The only issue that I have is time and motivating myself to do it. Between reading, writing, vocal and the lessons, there is no reason that you shouldn't learn.

Great programme, very in-depth.

I find Busuu fantastic. It offers good bite size chunks of information and the use of a community is fantastic. The apps are also brilliantly designed. If I were to change anything I'd like to see more questions per stage even if it's a few more per written conversation, also alternating between speaking, writing (typing) and listening problems would be good. The BUSUU lights are on - but nobody's home?!

It all started off so well, at last I'd found what I'd been looking for for months, a whole shed load of Turkish language material, all on-line, interactive and free. So impressed was I at my new BUSUU learning experience that I quickly signed up for Premium content and began recommending it to all my friends, family and anyone who I thought might be interested. "It really is the best thing since sliced bread!" I heard myself repeatedly saying - and so it was! Six months on and how ...

Great but tiring

I really enjoy studying Portuguese on busuu. But it is a bit tiring to do the same exercises all the time.

Interactive and Fabulous Busuu

I can't remember how I came across Busuu.com but I cannot imagine learning two foreign languages at the same time and having so much fun! The exercises are within my learning skills and keeping your "garden" alive is part of the fun to encourage you to learn. The Busuu team is fabulous. Corrections from other students are always very helpful. Highly recommend this learning tool and would encourage anyone wanting to learn a foreign language to get the Premium rate to get the most of what is ...

Vive la France

I have tried many other language learning sites, but none come anywhere near the quality of learning I have experienced on Busuu. It is an easy site to use but with a couple of minor niggles. It sometimes for instance takes a while to load and sometimes will not load at all. The other minor niggle is the 'garden' feature. Is it really necessary?
