Great place to really learn an extra language.

Investing time in Busuu is one of the best things I do.

User friendly and a very good environment.

Perfect to start mastering a completely unknown language, learning at our own pace and time availability.

2nd time that premium services DON'T work on my cell phone!!

This is the 2nd time I have purchased a month of premium services. The first time, I purchased the service on my lap and the service never functioned on my cell phone. This time, I purchase the service directly on the cell phone and it still doesn't work on the cell. On the laptop, it is fine. Have tried reinstalling again as you suggested the first time, but to no avail. The cell phone is where I really want the premium programs. I love the lessons. They really help but am disappointed.

Japanese: Lesson 2 too fast

The course has voice, text and pictures. So that's OK. In Lesson 2 (beginners level) I cannot get past 34% right now. This is due to the fact that I'm supposed to put Japanese Hiragana characters into their proper place, without having been told that I need to study these first. There are other courses that do tell you that. However they start with Katakana characters. I'm mentioning Freelanguage courses and Leiden University introductory course to Japanese. Amazing, but Can be better

If the lessons with write could be downloaded to fixate the vocabulary and increase the write, I believe that we could have a better growing.

Cannot record my voice

I am a premium member, but i cannot record my voice to complete my lessons in Portuguese, please help me to resolve this problem.

At first my japanese classes were going well, but after the end of the second class, I had to buy to continue and then the third class was impossible to answer. I was surprised having to complete the sentences in Kanjin, this was TOO SOON, it is very dificult, you have not trained us enough, and now I can´t go on..... Sorry.

Old is gold sometimes

I really miss the previous busuu platform. It was much more interactive to study in the older platform than the new one. The new one looks so bland, no pictures on the homepage, a miniature garden and a lot of features missing from the previous version. I reall wish to return back to the older version. The most important thing that I am missing is the PDFs or sound files of the lessons for offline learning. I really hope they busuu return this feature. What's more, I completed a whole ...
