Great way to learn a language from scratch. The social elements as you progress do help from other native speakers also learning languages you are fluent in. Team fixes issues when they are raised which is great.

"There must be Better than Busuu"
What do you like best about Busuu? User interface looks good and is easy to use. Screen is clear What do you dislike about Busuu? It starts easy to give you confidence, but later lessons add things that have never been learned, which makes it confusing. Lessons on listening and recognizing the language are then tested by expecting me to recognize Chinese writing. Great Customer Service and Lesson Format
I've been using Duolingo to learn Japanese recently. After getting recommended Busuu by a friend, it's been a much greater experience. The quick and informative lessons are perfect and teach me things Duolingo couldn't. However at first I experienced some issues with loading up the lessons. So I tried contacting Busuu through Mail. They replied extremely fast and probably the fastest to try and help me with my problem. After exchanging a few emails I finally got a solution to my problem and ...
