I love this app

I love this app, which usually performs flawlessly. However, a problem occurred in a sub-section of the program after I’d updated my operating system, so I contacted the company. This was not a simple fix, but I was kept informed of progress, and the problem was solved a few days later. Excellent service.

About the interface + a few suggestions

I had been using another app for Korean lessons during 2020-2021 but the more updates came the worst my experience turned. The main problem I had with the previous app I was using is that they changed the browser version. It used to be very complete and had guidebooks and they took those out so that the browser version would be closer to the mobile one, which worsened the app overall! I started looking for alternative Korean learning apps and I happened to find Busuu. I really like the app ...

What I purchased is NOT what I get

What I purchased is NOT what I am receiving. Site does not function in the same manner from the iOS app as it does from the 'here try our stuff' link (on the same device.') It has some major drawbacks in formatting, with knowing how you access the product and forcing you to rewrite tasks when all you want to do is review information (wastes my time and that of anyone who reviews it). I use this solely on my iPad 14 Pro (which is completely up-to-date) and the method I used to purchase it ...

Busuu has it all

Busuu keeps adding content which I appreciate. There’s an excellent mix of reading, writing, listening and speaking. The topics are interesting and grammar is integrated into content learning. I do find errors from time to time (typos and the like). I report these to Busuu and the support team is always kind and helpful and they make me feel appreciated for sharing feedback.
