payment for prolonging premium plan

My problem with payment for prolonging the premium plan was solved quickly and now I can continue learning with Busuu.

Support was quick and easy

Support was quick and easy. I was having trouble logging into my account therefore wanted to cancel. Peter who handled my case not only helped me but offered half off my subscription, which I ended up keeping. I enjoy Busuu comprised to other apps (like Duolingo and such) because you’re able to communicate with native speakers. Also more grammar is focused on versus simply vocab. Thanks Busuu!

I enjoy it!

It has been extraordinary, I just have one claim, I have not always received feedback and corrections, although to have a lot of friends in the community. Now, after 4 months I´m getting a rest, cause it was turning boring. Maybe a little IA helps me, I feel I´m frozen in the speech or build phrases. I have developed incredible listening, and my reading and comprehension are better than ever. Please Bussu develop something to talk about!

Intuitively it seems the best way to teach languages, excellent didactics and easy to use. by showing pronunciations of native speakers, plus real samples of the native cultures along with their curiosities that those with a lack of global connection are not even aware of.

Had a glitch in my language learning…

Had a glitch in my language learning app; all my grammar work seemed to have been lost, oh no! I sent in a bug report and they got back to me with an auto-response, then silence for a day, then the bug/problem was fixed in my account! Got a nice email from them saying they had looked at it, fixed it and please update. Wow, pretty good! I've contacted them twice now in four years with a problem and they have been outstanding. Great app, great company!

I have used the other apps but Basuu is the one.
