Busuu - Grammar Review Section Update
Busuu used to a very good language learning app but about two months ago they “updated” the app. I am told the object of the update was to make the Grammar Review section of the App more difficult to move a topic from either weak to medium to strong. It is a complete disaster. From my own experience I have been using this updated version of the Grammar Review since inception and it is so bad it almost defies description. Prompt response and resolution
Due to some glitch I was unable to access Busuu. I contacted and within 12 hours Peter from Busuu replied providing a password for immediate access and links to changing this temporary password. Back on track with the least grief. This is the only time in the 6 months subscription there has been such a glitch. I am also on an alternative language site which had a similar glitch. It was over a week of back and forth before this was resolved. I appreciated Busuu prompt response and resolution.
