What do you like best? Bullhorn allows you to create tasks to remind yourself to follow up regarding candidates. The saved search features also help you save a lot of time. What do you dislike? The searching features are challenging, as you cannot search by first name only, and the system can only search if you spell the name exactly. What do you like best? When my company used Bullhorn a few years back we really liked the ease of use of the UI. It was very well organized and intuitive, something that certainly can not be said for all of their competitors. What do you like best? You can customize almost every feature to your particular needs and workflows. What do you dislike? The system is not idiot proof and requires some understanding of cloud-based data systems. Recommendations to others considering the product: Utilize their professional services and customer support. What do you like best? Since it's build on the Salesforce platform, it is fully scaleable, and lots of options available to enhance the application, including adding 3rd party apps from the salesforce app exchange.
