Slow and Outdated
What do you like best? I like that it at least can run on Chrome. It used to only run on Internet Explorer. What do you dislike? It's incredibly slow and there aren't a lot of useful features for an Account Manager. The reporting tool isn't that helpful either and half the time I can't extract the data for reports that I want. What do you like best? I like that it has the ability to keep your contacts and leads information securely and has an unlimited amount of database capability. What do you dislike? It can be difficult to track sourcing correctly since a lot of time it has to be manually entered. Integrations with other programs takes a little while. Great for Recruiting Firms!
What do you like best? I like the tearsheet feature and that you can add people to them or go back through old ones as well. I also like that it tracks the status of candidates and where they are at in the process. It makes it very easy to see how many people you have in play and at what stage they are in. I also like that you can pin jobs so if you are on a call with a candidate and have multiple jobs they could be a fit for you can pin them before the call and just switch between them ...

A One-Stop shop for all information in the staffing industry
What do you like best? Bullhorn houses all possible information as it has candidate profiles, client profiles, contact (manager) profiles, leads, etc. It also allows you to enter information and share it internally by adding sending emails to individuals and/or distributions lists. What do you like best? What I like best about Bullhorn is you are able to search for past candidates you have worked with. The program stores their contact info for easy access in the future. I also like you can also search for candidates using Boolean searches, their phone numbers and/or emails. What do you dislike? The only issues I have had with Bullhorn are more user error. What do you like best? Bullhorn allows a simple access to all sent and candidate profiles makes my job effortless. What do you dislike? Pulling data to sync could be more efficient. Recommendations to others considering the product: Absolutely !! What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? What do you like best? Great resume parsing, excellent LinkedIn RPS connectivity, great for candidate activity tracking What do you dislike? What do you like best? Like the ability to add fields that might be specific to us - also like that we can update different drop down boxes using terms that we use. User friendly; Support is very quick and helpful. What do you dislike? Reporting could be better (we use InsightSquared to solve that for now).
