What do you like best? Ability to customize and track applicants, send mass e-mails, truly personalize settings. What do you dislike? Some actions require an extra step, sometimes I find that actions are not logging properly. What do you like best? The candidate tracking system is super helpful. I use this product everyday. What do you dislike? Sometimes parsing in resumes is difficult. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Keeping track of candidates is helping our business grow. Also, I am a big fan of Bullhorn Blast.

Easy to use!

What do you like best? I like that they are consistently updating it and it is very user friendly. I also like that there are many functions that allow you to search quickly for candidate information. What do you dislike? I dislike that it is not customize-able down to the client level like other CRM systems. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We keep everything organized and keep notes on all clients.

What do you like best? Bullhorn is very user friendly and easy to use. What do you dislike? Bullhorn doesn't tend to catch all duplicate candidates, which can be confusing. Recommendations to others considering the product: Bullhorn is very efficient with applicant tracking and is extremely easy to use. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? We are not experiencing any major problems. We have realized better candidate tracking.

Great features but lags frequently

What do you like best? My favorite part is how this software can incorporate with my work email, calendar and all of my work contacts. What do you dislike? Often have issues where we can’t hit save notes, etc and it will lag What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? It’s a database of candidates so I think it’s very beneficial for my company as a whole

What do you like best? I like the way it looks that you can add cards to get snapshots of different features. What do you dislike? activities have to go under contacts rather than companies, can't add past activities when I can't document all everyday for the day, I'd like the flexibility to add activities that I did a few days prior that were not planned, not appointments.
