Good product filled with useful features.

What do you like best? I like how many features are available. I like the resume parser for faster resume additions. What do you dislike? I feel the product could be more user-friendly when doing functions. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I solve problem with keeping track of people that go with each position. I work a lot of them and when proper work flow is used, it makes life simpler.

What do you like best? It was good for being able to sort everything into one data base and was a very vital tool for the company What do you dislike? I didn’t like how it wasn’t language friendly (couldn’t detect Japanese). Great Software

What do you like best? I like that it is easy to track candidates by using Bullhorn. What do you dislike? Things that I dislike are that every person that apply gets added to the system without there being some sort of screening process. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? Finding candidates for open positions I am working on and being able to track what stage in process they are.

What do you like best? It's a good CRM system to use if you are looking for something different than Salesforce. What do you dislike? With the new update they did when my recruiters submit me a candidate it no longer notify's me where before if would let you know. What do you like best? I like bullhorn best for selecting a result of an interview. What do you dislike? I don't like that i'm unable to send a rejection notification to candidates. What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized? I haven't solved any specific problems using bullhorn. I have used bullhorn to collect candidate data and resumes.

What do you like best? I like the easy navigation of Bullhorn. It does a good job linking companies with candidates and contacts and job requirements (interviews, offers, etc.). What do you dislike?
