It works great
It works great, it's a little pricey, but worth it due to the great support. Anytime I have any issues, they resolve them quickly. I highly recommend Buildium.

Buildium Works
Buildium does a great job in helping us keep track and manage our properties. The financials are not as easy as a Quickbooks system, but we are able to keep the property accounts up to date. The lease renewal process gets confusing at times, but it works fair and we have found the work around's. The feature we like the most is keeping track of maintenance request and sending work orders to our vendors.

A bit pricey But Worth It!
Buildium software is extremely versatile & useful for property managers. Although it was primarily created for companies who don't actually own property, its versatility is such that Property Owners who manage their own properties & wish to record purchase & renovation can do so. The worst thing about Buildium is that it is not so user-friendly. It takes a while to learn how to use the software effectively.
