What do you like best about BuildingLink.com? The maintenance tracking module is the most useful tool for managers I've ever come across. You can create work tickets from the office, it hits your maintenance technicians phone, and then they can complete and close out the ticket even with pictures. I do not have package tracking at my current property, but if I did this would be a godsend.
