Builder trend offers all of our solutions but it mainly allows quick po pay and documenting site conditions.

What do you like best about Buildertrend? We are a small business and this system is perfect for us. The CRM system is what I use the most for sales. It allows for tracking activity and future activity. Once the home is sold, the convert lead to sale is easy! What do you dislike about Buildertrend? The lead opportunity does not allow you to attach multiple contacts to a lead, but you can create custom fields to make something that works. One-stop-shop for construction management needs

PROS: In just one platform, we can plan our timetable for tasks, store contact details of our clients and subcontractors partners, keep track of bid requests, receipts, and review our structural blueprint. Amazingly, we could do all these and more in this one platform. CONS: We wish it could be available even when offline. On timekeeping, for instance, we can't time-in real-time since the internet connection at the site is weak.
