What do you like best? There is an online portal (for a $ 20 per transaction fee) - when it is working. What do you dislike? The plan was changed at the end of the month and charged retroactively to the 1st of the month. Then, the difference was charged as late and after the grace period. After speaking with 4 people (including a manager), they were not able to resolve my issue. Inconsistent and wrong information was given to me by multiple people (including the manager). What problems are ...

The fact that there is not a mobile feature makes it hard to think about retaining long-term. What problems is bswift solving and how is that benefiting you? It's intuitive and guides employees quickly to making selections during open enrollment and qualifying life event changes. What do you dislike about bswift?
