Fantastic service
Bright HR have been incredibly helpful since joing them. The staff are pleasant, polite and always eager to help. Connor in particular has been fantastic throughout the introduction process. He has been patient and informative when demonstrating Bright HR and Bright safe platforms. Connor always responds to emails quickly, checks in regularly and summarises information from training sessions. A brilliant asset to an amazing team.

I have just attended an BrightHR on-line training with Conor Phelan
I have just attended an on-line BrightHR training session delivered by Conor Phelan. Conor was keen to continue from my previous training (with another trainer). Conor assisted me with clarifying the correct no. of annual leave days for an employee that reflects perfectly now on BrightHR, where before it did not. We continued with navigating through each of the vertical links in the sidebar menu from the BrightHR website, with Conor explaining the content detail of each topic. Conor is very ...

I have just attended an on-line training session delivered by Anthony Miranda, who I am very pleased to learn will be my Account Manager going forward. The training was for BrightHR and organised through Croner. The training was so clear and the product so intuitive that we were complete well within the allotted time. What do you like best about BrightHR? Keeping track of my team hours and absences, it allows me to see at a glance who is on shift or late or hasn't turned up for shift. It also allows for holidays to be authorised and controlled.
