Kevin was super helpful
Kevin was super helpful, kind, patient and very polite - very easy to talk to and work with. The only drawback for me was getting the info I needed prior to the Teams meeting so that I was properly prepared to make the most of it.

What do you like best about BrightHR? Everyone at Bright HR and Bright Safe have been so helpful and patient. We have over 50 volunteers and won't use parts of the HR set-up. Then team have been excellent in helping us to get the most out of system. I can't believe how patient Hanaan has been whilst helping me set-up everything.

Great Service!
Kevin K was incredibly helpful in onboarding me to the platform and walking me through the ins and outs. I have also been able to contact the help team for further guidance whenever needed. Great service!

Great service, greater staff!
just onboarded our company with Brighthr. all the staff we have spoken to have been really lovely and helpful. Anthony Miranda gave us the first introduction demo which we found was very clear, useful, and stress-free. we are very looking forward to working together him as our account manager!

"Onboarding training"
What do you like best about BrightHR? Samuel Lambrou took me through some queries I had following previous onboarding training as we had not managed to roll out everything successfully and this helpful online conversation has moved us forward massively. Sam was very helpful and knowledgeable, as are all the staff I have encountered so far. Sam went the extra mile by sharing some helpful emails he had created to share with staff during the roll out, too. Thanks Sam
