Clear Concise Training

Heroes don't always wear capes!

Helpful but expensive
I had struggled to correct an error that Croner made when they added our new company address to BrightHR and had called the helpline 4 times. Atiq was really helpful and talked me through the process to reverse the error, very polite and patient. It's just a shame that I had called from my mobile and the calls cost a small fortune!

Set-up training
Set-up training Our adviser/trainer Katie was very kind and provided us with step-to-step instructions on how to set up the system and explained various features. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answer additional questions we had.
