Assignment Issue
Had an issue with assignment on BrightSafe and emailed the helpline. Response was exceptionally quick and issue sorted out via talking through steps on the phone. Brilliant service!

Set new employee help
I needed BrightHR support to set up one of the employees as the email address have been used in a previous contract. Mathew R was really helpful and explained the email needed to be disabled first, which resolved the problem.
