Onboarding training
Robert was really good at explaining how the system works.Very patient with answering all the questions.Would definitely recommend bright hr.The only thing I will say is it will be good to have tick boxes for the training links we send to staff.It's time consuming to copy all training links before assigning tasks to staff.

Bright HR welcome
Darren was very friendly and everything was easy to understand. He went through every point in detail and went over anything again when I wasn't sure. He provided great customer service and considering the poor and non existent service we had from our last HR system provider it was a breath of fresh air and Darren gave me confidence that the support and help is there if we need it. Darren also offered to help train the rest of the staff should it be needed which again is of great support.

Darren Greenwood was very helpful…
Darren Greenwood was very helpful through out the call. We were a little late logging onto the meeting and Darren phoned to remind us/check everything was okay. The call itself ran very efficiently and smoothly. Darren assisted us with all our queries and even pointed out some helpful hints along the way. Thank you!

Darren was extremely helpful introducing me to the full functionality of BrightHR. I had a couple of issues with registering staff onto the system as they were existing users. Darren quickly resolved the issue. Communication was excellent. Thank you
