Clear and concise demo by Precious…
Clear and concise demo by Precious Uhwache, all questions or queries answered fully and explained clearly. I am sure there will be more questions but I feel confident that these will be answered. System seems straightforward. I had concerns that the way we work may not be accommodated, but Precious put my mind at rest and explained exactly how everything could be done. Brilliant, thank you.

Going extra miles
John Alfwynn has been a great help from the beginning til the end of our data migration process. He has gone extra miles to help identify the origin of our issues and to come up with solutions where it was possible. He made me feel looked after and I felt at ease asking any questions.

I got in touch with BrightHR to ask about adding volunteers to the system
I got in touch with BrightHR to ask about adding volunteers to the system as when I previously asked (last year) I was told it cannot be done as the system is only there to record employees. I received a call first thing this morning from Matthew R who explained although the BrightHR system was designed primarily for employees only, there is a way to bypass it and add volunteers. He talked me through the steps and I was able to add the volunteer onto BrightHR. I was really pleased and ...
