Tanya Wilson was assigned to give me a preview over Microsoft teams. Tanya was super patient, very knowledgeable and offered up help and guidance which was simple to understand. So far my experience with Bright HR has been very positive. Tanya came across as caring and a credit to the company.

very professional
After being with Peninsula for 3 years, I have recently moved to Bright HR and I am so glad I did it. All the consultants I spoke to have dealt with my request in professional and efficient manner. Samra, the Employment Law Consultant I deal with regularly is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Bright HR!

Bright HR training - comprehensive and clear
Whirlwind tour of the Bright HR package. Received assistance with little things that I was trying to set up but couldnt find a way round on my own. Should now hopefully make life that bit easier.

Excellent service and advice
Excellent service and advice. Advised me regarding problems I was having with a member of staff. Guided me through what could have been a bad situation if left but with their expert advice I was able to take control and the problem was brought to a happy ending. I am glad we decided to go ahead and use BrightHR.
