I had my BrightSafe/Croner Onboard meeting with Raffaella Sinamtwa yesterday morning and I have to say how impressed I was with her professionalism and knowledge. Despite the limitations I was under at my end, she was able to give me a thorough grounding in the system and pointers as to where I will be able to find assistance should I require it.
