Had my video training with Mohammed…
Had my video training with Mohammed Rahman, have to say what a great experience it was. Mohammed explained all the software in a logical and understandable way and I feel very confident that I will be able to use the system with ease. Looking forward to an ongoing relationship with Bright HR

Very Professional and helpful
Very Professional and helpful. Nick McKerrell was extremly imformative and went at my pace which was helpful. I would highly recommending BrightHR as couldnt have asked him for more patience thean he gave me in setting up...Thanks Nick. Also not to mention Tom who helped me decide on what i needed and was great also.

Introduction
The introductory meeting was on time, Mohammed was friendly and professional and took me through the basics, adjusting what was covered on the basis that we are only using limited functionality at present. Promptly followed up with webinar links.

Superb service from Katie McLaughlin and the team.
Over the last 6 months I have received fantastic support from the Bright HR team. As a growing independent business it's extremely difficult to keep up to date with changing processes, legislation, and how to deal with general daily challenges. Customer Service at its Best!
I Spoke to Gareth Cartledge on numerous occasions and despite my lack of technical 'know how', he explained everything in a clear manner ensuring my understanding throughout the training. He was patient, incredibly customer focussed and went out of his way to ensure I had the information I required.
