What do you like best about BrightHR? We are still in the onboarding process, but the support received by James Underdown and Charlene Callaghan has been great so far. What do you dislike about BrightHR? The only thing I would mention is that as soon as the contract was signed, it was a bit overwhelming to be contacted by several people who were not aware of what I had discussed with the consultant.

What do you like best about BrightHR? Very intuitive and easy to understand system. Works well for small businesses like myself without a HR department to ensure you are compliant with employment law. It makes managing rotas/holiday/payroll easy as it can all be stored safely in one place, as well as copies of employment contracts and staff data too. What do you like best about BrightHR? It’s easy to use, and the support has been fantastic. What do you dislike about BrightHR? I’ve yet to find any! We’re still very new to the product, so I’m sure there will be features we wish were better over time, but even the ones I’ve noticed so far have been rectified or escalated.

What do you like best about BrightHR? The easy to use website, and the HR functions and access to useful documents. What do you dislike about BrightHR? When amending employee allowance, or anything to do with employees, it can be a bit fiddly and not as obvious on how to resolve any issues.

What do you like best about BrightHR? It has given our staff instant access to information personal to them such as rota shifts, holiday allowances, the ability to request holiday, check documents such as payslips, handbook etc.The support team have been great, in particular Leyla Sevi who has ensured our queries are answered promptly and always follows up.
