What do you like best about Brightflag? Brightflag is intuitive and nearly runs itself. We are a very small legal department with limited resources. Instead of being a drain on our resources, Brightflag saves us time. Our attorneys who approve invoices in the system quickly learned Brightflag, and we are not constantly being bombarded with questions on how to use the system. Brightflag was a breeze to implement, and when we had a question, Brightflag customer support answered right away.
