"Always easy"
What do you like best about Brex? The best part about Brex is it's efficiency - whether it is get my card reloaded or requesting a reimbursement - so simple and done! What do you dislike about Brex? No downsides here. Brex is the best out there. What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you? Cash flow is the main issue that Brex solves for us.

What do you like best about Brex? The customer service has been spectacular. It's been quick and easy to solve problems. What do you dislike about Brex? Sometimes I have to reconnect my bank data which can be annoying. What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy control over corporate cards and great points!

From closing my account to staying with Brex
I got an incorrect email that my account was closing...they were responsive and the CFO Adam reached out personally to resolve the incorrect issue. Living up to the brand promise of being a financial OS for startups of all sizes after that incorrect communication.

"Big fan of Brex No Need for Expense Reports"
What do you like best about Brex? I love that I don't have to do expense report! The text messages give me transparency and how much I'm spending. I get a lot more time back in my day and can confidently make business related purchases. What do you dislike about Brex? Maybe that I don't get the points like I would on my own credit card but the time savings is way more worth it. Generally this is a really awesome product and hard to find fault with it. "Simple enough to use, and features to grow."
What do you like best about Brex? I like that it can scale. We are a small team that has grown. Wit that growth, Brex has the tools we need to allow us to assign new users, card numbers, reports, budgets, etc. It is easy to use. What do you dislike about Brex? I am not sure if the feature exists where i can scan a receipt and brex automatically transcribes it. They may have it, but I am not aware of it. This is what I would like to see. What do you like best about Brex? The Brex app is intuitive and easy to use. What do you dislike about Brex? Sometimes when I review receipt pictures I've taken in the app, I'm unsure if my image has captured what I intended. What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you? The Brex app allows me to easily upload receipt photos needed to complete my expense reports in a timely manner.

"They do everything perfectly"
What do you like best about Brex? Free inbound and outbound wires, the points for signing on, and the $250 Amazon gift certificates for everyone with referrals! Also, the fact that you can be a foreign person with an LLC in the USA is unbeatable. What do you dislike about Brex? I haven't found anything to dislike yet, and I've been using them for months. "Brex- Easy to Use, great features"
What do you like best about Brex? I like the interaction between the Brex website, the Brex mobile app, and their integration with Quickbooks. What do you dislike about Brex? I can't think of anything I dislike about Brex. What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you? The ability to capture receipts via the mobile app has been very helpful. Then they seemlessly are uploaded into Quickbooks.

What do you like best about Brex? I like their offerings, reward programs, ease of use, and their support team. They're very easy to work with and have proven to be competent & capable partners.
