"Beats any other credit card/expense platform out there!"

What do you like best about Brex? Ease of use is superb! The UI is super simple, easy to learn, easy to use. You can submit your receipts instantaneously even if the charge is still pending. What do you dislike about Brex? Nothing really! It's great. No negative thing to say so far. What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you? Our company recently implemented this and now we spend and submit expenses like a breeze!

Replacing the physical card that had a damanged mag stripe after using that card to backstop a ton of cloud services we use was very painful. Could have kept number the same and just sent me a replacement card so I didn't have to switch the numbers out -- or do what AMEX does and approve card transactions on the old ...

What do you like best about Brex? They provide both physical and virtual cards. It is also easy to add receipts for expenses. They also provide reports for our finance department which are easy to use. What do you dislike about Brex? The physical card does not support "tap to pay" NFC yet. What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you? 1. It is very simple to obtain credit cards for employees. 2. Integration with Expensify. 3. Easy to produce reports for Finance.

Brex is a breath of fresh air

We're a 60 person company that switched to Brex for our company cards back in June 2022, moving from a legacy credit card provider that had frozen all our cards, based on just one suspicious transaction (we're a travel company, charges can come from a LOT of countries) too many times already. The difference is night and day. Virtual cards/vendor cards, international delivery of physical cards, total visibility of transactions, and a sweet rewards system. We're yet to try out the bank ...

What do you like best about Brex? Customer service has been incredible. Quick response times and some pretty incredible hold music tbh. What do you dislike about Brex? So far nothing has come across that I've been unhappy with truly! What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you? Easy payments to vendors, notifications of deposits, help with international wire transfers.

What do you like best about Brex? What's not to like?! The customer care team is top-notch! What do you dislike about Brex? There were some initial quirks with mileage reimbursements. What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you? The product development team is responsive to all questions and requests and seems to take pride in adjusting the product to meet its customers' needs.

What do you like best about Brex? The simplicity of the platform is the best for us. We have had a pleasant experience banking with Brex, and the response time to solving issues has been Excellent. What do you dislike about Brex? Nothing, I haven't had a downside to using Brex. What problems is Brex solving and how is that benefiting you? Banking, we are a US company with operations In Nigeria (Africa) and most of or merchants in Chaina. Making and receiving payment has been smooth.

I love that I can keep track of multiple budgets through the app and if something gets assigned to the wrong budget it is easily moved What do you dislike about Brex?
