Nice UX and a powerful software.

What do you like best? Good Job. It's not easy to build at once good UX and a powerful software. But Brand24 did both. What do you dislike? honestly nothing. What do you like best? I love the sentiment analysis feature that categorizes mentions into three simple categories - positive, negative and neutral.
