What do you like best about Branch? Great Customer Service, with a dedicated account rep. My employees love the advances and early pay options. What do you dislike about Branch? I wish I had the ability to force set up employee accounts. What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you? They are offering free daily pay options which our employees love.

What do you dislike about Branch? only issue ive seen is im not able to make disburstments from the app. What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you? we are able to provide our staff with Same day pay for their shifts.

What do you like best about Branch? Our employees love the direct deposit option and they are appropriately using the cash advance options. Our account rep is amazing and responsive. What do you dislike about Branch? Minors cannot get the cash advance. We sometimes have issues at the end of the pay period. We could not get swag for each roll out. What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you? Direct deposit. Employees working more hours to get pay on demand.

At the time there wasn't the ability to white label the experience, but we understand why that is, and that may have changed What problems is Branch solving and how is that benefiting you?
