What do you like best about Braintree Direct? Braintree is incredibly easy to use with regards to seeing charges, making charges, refunding, voiding, and handling disputes. The way it is integrated within our existing systems makes it easy to use for pulling information for customers and their transactions. Additionally, the process for handling disputes is seamless and efficient.
