What do you like best about Braintree Direct? I love how easy to use Braintree is. It is easy to run the reports I need out of the software and it enables me to do my job efficiently and effectively. I have been nothing but happy with the software.

"Easy To Use At A Strange Cost"
What do you like best about Braintree Direct? The payment terminal is pretty straightforward and the UI is not bad. We get a handful of disputes each year and unless it's fraud, we have a chance of winning the dispute which is important for a small company.

"Absolutely dreadful customer support"
What do you like best about Braintree Direct? It does solve the payments problem and takes off the hustle of implementing the home-built solutions, especially with the EU enforcing more secure payments. Although, it does not do a great job at it.

What do you like best about Braintree Direct? It works (as software and API) in a basic scope. Compared to competition, product development is close to zero when it comes to subscription-based businesses (like SaaS).
