"Robust, flexible product - however it has a steep learning curve"

What do you like best? The UI is modern, user-friendly and is rich with functionality. We have tripled the functions we are using in bpm'online in the last year but I still believe we have quite a bit more to learn. The support is also great, and timely. What do you dislike?
