What do you like best about Botpress? Ease of use and ease of implementation , lots of support from the community What do you dislike about Botpress? Pricing can be confusing as well as cost calulation What problems is Botpress solving and how is that benefiting you? I work for a company that provides call center services, however in Mexico 90% of users prefer Whatsapp than calling , hence, creating a bot makes more sense.
