Awesome service, look no further
This is a fantastic service, we recently reopened our yoga studio and we needed a booking system. Look no further, Bookwhen.com have got this sorted, easy to set up and if you have a queries they're there to answer them. We would definitely recommend them.

Amazing customer service
Really good system, we use it for bookings for our stage school classes - run over different venues with various different classes - it suits all our needs. Biggest plus point for me is that the customer service is EXCELLENT, I have made mistakes that the team have fixed for me, I've had queries that are dealt with quickly, and they've given me tips on how to make the system work best for us. WELL worth the money to make my life much easier

If I can anyone can ...
I went from ‘rabbit in headlights’ at the thought of setting up a booking system for my fitness classes , to feeling rather accomplished as sessions started booking. The patience and help throughout was outstanding and peace of mind going forward with it now ...priceless!

What are you waiting for.......great online booking sysyem
Just moving my bookings to online and chose Bookwhen as had been recommended to me. Only a week in but already super impressed with the booking system itself but also the support you receive, it is brilliant. It takes time to set up initially but the support team are on hand to help you every step of the way. Believe me I have asked a lot of questions and the team are fantastic! I just wish I had done it sooner. Still in my trial period but will definitely be using Bookwhen for as long as ...
