I started using Bookwhen for my classes…
I started using Bookwhen for my classes in March 2020 out of necessity when I had to take my dance fitness business completely online. It took me a while to get used to it because so many features and is so established but the support was amazing and so many helpful videos on how to set it up. BookWhen easy to use :)
BookWhen is easy to use (for both owners and bookers). We've been using BookWhen for over 3 years and it really has saved us so much time in administrating courses. I really can't recommend it enough! Technical support is brilliant! Fast and efficient.New features are continual being added - like the new leaders feature - which will again reduce more admin time for us.

I really can't praise Bookwhen enough

I'm just so please Bookwhen exists! I run a sewing school in Brighton, UK, and we were using Mindbody before to manage bookings. It was getting more and more expensive which was insane for such a small, low-profit business like ours. We were really struggling. I'm did some research and came across Bookwhen. Really happy and would recommend
I’ve been using Bookwhen for my online Fitness business for just over a month and am really happy with my experience. It makes my life so easy. Customers have commented that it is easy to navigate. I contacted customer services with a query and they were quick to respond and very helpful. I would happily recommend Bookwhen for your class bookings/memberships.

Great Booking app
Great Booking app. Easy to use once you get your bearings (as with any app) and customer services are quick to respond and polite.I use the Zoom integration which works perfectly for my clients saving me valuable time. Great price and you can customise it to make it a more familiar interface to use. Recommended!!! 😉
