Easy to use

Easy to use I've been using Bookwhen for several months to take bookings for my Forest and Beach School groups, its easy to use and someone always gets back to me promptly if I have any queries. I recently upgraded from the free package and now have payment on booking which has saved me so much time in chasing people up for payments. Would definately recommend Bookwhen.

I can’t speak highly enough of Bookwhen I’m so pleased with their offer & service. I’m a freelance Makaton Tutor & I use the Bookwhen site to secure my workshop bookings. It is so easy to use, both in terms as myself as the business owner using it but also in terms of my clients when they’re booking Makaton workshops with me. My experience with Bookwhen have been very positive. I have found the articles answer most questions. On the one occasion they didn't, I got a quick response from Jen on the chat and she was so helpful. I would highly recommend Bookwhen.

What a fantastic service offered by Bookwhen! I have complete control with the superb flexibility, customisation and personalisation the site offers. The feedback from my customers has been amazing, allowing me to focus on promoting, planning and delivering my classes, and giving them the ability to fully manage their own bookings. Thanks Bookwhen!! I would love to see a ‘mobile app’ to make the user experience even better 😃

More free time!

Using the Bookwhen booking site has freed up a lot of time for me where I would have previously been replying to emails and texts for places in my weekly classes I run. It was easy to set up and also to administer. I looked at other companies and this fitted my needs!

Great booking system!

I’ve been using Bookwhen for my business for a while now. I’m very un technical & every time I have an issue, the staff are amazing, very helpful & respond quickly. Nothing is too much trouble for them. They have gone out of their way to accommodate my business needs. Highly recommend!
