What do you like best about bonzo? After several false starts with other CRMs, Bonzo is the one that stuck with me because it was easy to understand and extremely intuitive. Bonzo has the most powerful communications tools that allow me to email, text, leave voicemails and send videos as well as strong interaction and tracking tools to continue ongoing conversations with my clients, prospects and past, present and future sphere.

What do you like best about bonzo? Bonzo is easy to navigate and super easy to implement from another CRM. I signed up for the 'extra help' for a few months and it's worth the money. All of my questions are being answered, I have had 4 one on one calls in just 45 days to teach me the ins and outs. I feel comfortable, just after 45 days, using Bonzo in my every day use.

Lack of communication

I recently signed up for the service. I submitted a request, but I have yet to receive a response to my inquiry, the lack of communication has left me feeling quite disappointed. As a new user, I would like a quick and efficient solution to my concern.
