While nothing will ever be perfect, all we can ask is that the platform never gets comfortable or dormant. The mortgage industry is always changing and evolving and we need our CRM to do the same. What do you like best about bonzo? After several false starts with other CRMs, Bonzo is the one that stuck with me because it was easy to understand and extremely intuitive. Bonzo has the most powerful communications tools that allow me to email, text, leave voicemails and send videos as well as strong interaction and tracking tools to continue ongoing conversations with my clients, prospects and past, present and future sphere.

These other platforms get so caught up in being a 'technology company' they are that they forget that real human beings are trying to use/learn their software on the other side. The staff at Bonzo are super friendly and respond fast too.
