Bonsai is Irreplaceable!

Bonsai has been my invoicing, contract-signing & time-tracking platform for a very long time (about 3+ years) and has been such a huge time saver. A lot of CRM platforms are complicated and have too many distracting bells and whistles. Bonsai is so straightforward to use, easy to maintain, and just overall a breeze. I can't think of anything better!

I have been using Bonsai for the last 2 years mainly to send contracts and invoices to our design agency clients, integrating payment providers is very easy and I like how I can edit a contract based on the variables for each project, and the team is very quick to respond to any inquiries we have.

The best for my 1-person branding biz

I've been using Bonsai since I started my graphic design + branding biz in 2018 and they've been nothing but fantastic the whole time. They're always improving the product and adding new features based on customer feedback. Their invoicing system makes it so I don't have to hunt down payments, and I love the task integration w/ Google Calendar. I recommend it to every freelancer/consultant/small biz owner I know!

Hello Bonsai has made it easy for me to run my business, from offering contract templates to a business cash account. It's not overwhelming like other CRMs, yet still provides all the features I need. I like how the team continues to roll out new features and improvements based off user feedback and requests. Bonsai is simple and intuitive. It has everything I need to run my small business, and nothing I don't need. It's a great and powerful, but lean tool for keeping track of expenses, sending invoices, and making my business feel more professional to my clients.

Hands Down The Best Tool!

Bonsai is easily the best client manager I've ever used. I can easily create/send proposals, Invoices, and Contracts. I can even create a dashboard for each client to view the project updates In a to-do list. I've recently switched to the tax plan which has been amazing as well. I would recommend bonsai to everyone or at least try it out.
